Our products are used by millions of customers and have been featured in world-class car shows and events. 30+ years of manufacturing experience and 10+ years of vinyl wrapping set us apart in terms of quality, innovation and value. Start Over Again and Again! Our materials are coated using a hybrid plastisol gel that creates a self healing surface. The self healing coating will protect your film from swirls, light abrasions and scratches for years to come. Simply heat out most damage you see with a heat gun. Won't Damage Your Paint! Like most vinyl manufacturers we use Solvent Based Acrylic Adhesive for our wraps. Although, to ensure the solvent will not damage your car paint, our manufacturing process allows the solvent the proper time it needs to cure through 40 feet of evaporation tunnels. Resulting in an adhesive that: 1. Won't damage your paint! 2. enable you to re-apply/lift/re-position the vinyl in cases of mistakes or imperfections! 3. Will never eat through or dissolve top coats on your paint. Collapsing Air-channels.. What?! Air-release is great for installation by releasing air through adhesive channels. However, air-channels can spell doom after it's installed.. Why? Well if materials can breath out air, it can also breath in contaminants and moisture. VViViD's air-channels slowly disappear over time creating a reliable bond that will not lift, peel or breath in contaminants. Prevents Sun Damage! With new and future advancements in the industry, we are continually using the best UV absorbers and light stabilizers in our films ensuring a finish that will not fade, crack or fail. New improvements are made every quarter. Read more Experience the XPO Gloss Black! Produced for Exterior paint applications. Also suitable for interior applications. I think it’s real vivid. Quality of the vinyl is greatI ordered 50ftx5ft to wrap my e46 sedan. I went with this vinyl because it was cheap and I had previously used the same vinyl to wrap a roof and trunk on my other car. Overall it’s really nice vinyl. The protective cover on it is awesome. The gloss black is a very glossy, deep, and dark black.I did have some issues though. First, this vinyl is very thick. You have to use more heat than the thinner, more expensive vinyl i have used in the past. I’m still having issues on a sharp body line that runs down the side of the e46. The vinyl is popping out regardless of me prepping the car very well and not pulling the vinyl down over it. I pulled the vinyl 90 degrees to the car and laid it in the crease thoroughly and post heated it a ton. This was the first full car I’ve wrapped and I did it all myself. With patient and attention to detail, you could have a very nice wrap job on your vehicle for a very small price.I wrapped a chrome bumper and a grill on my Silverado LTZ Z71.Vinyl came undamaged and got here quickly. Any minor creases came out with a little heat. Had some minor scratches which were easy to see as I got black. Wish I got a smaller sample as it's slightly more gray than my gloss black truck when viewed in full sunlight. See pics. Last pic is a before pic.I've worked with vinyl a few times, but not a pro. I found this vinyl pretty easy to work with on flatter surfacesIt felt pretty thin and heated quickly. Too much pressure or heat and it tore pretty easily when conforming it. And I noticed it did not recover as well from stretching as some other vinyl I've used and it starts to lose color if stretched too much. If overworked or you have sweaty hands it starts to lose adhesion. It scratches VERY easily. I wrapped my felt applicator tool in an eyeglasses cleaning cloth to minimize scratches. The felt was leaving lots of scratches. Easy to see since I used black.Measure your item and add up to 10 inches in each direction you have enough to pull on. Watch some videos of it's your first time. If your wrapping a car I reccomend washing it, clay baring, then remove the part of possible and wrap it in a clean and warm room away from pet hair or dust.First time wrapping! Great productI've used lots of vinyl from different companies. This is some pretty good stuff and I was surprised at how well it responded to heat. I got some bad folds in the vinyl from the FedEx and because the box it came in was too big it got smashed and folded. I was really angry because I thought it was ruined. It should ship in a tube or a triangle box to save material but also to keep it safe. Once I applied heat to it, all the terrible wrinkles went away. I saw just how good this stuff is. For the price you get a good quality vinyl. Strong and stretches well. Would highly recommend.Note: if you've never covered a surface this large with vinyl, your gonna have a hard time. You will need a buddy to help the process go quickly and smoothly. There's lot of YouTube videos explaining the installation process. If it's your first time, your gonna have a lot of trouble figuring out how vinyl works. I would recommend practicing on smaller surfaces of objects. Like maybe your computer. I think all the negative reviews are because people are doing this for the first time. But hey! $30 is a cheap practice price! Buy two, use the first one to learn and then use the second after you have some experience.Sorry for the dark pictures.Won’t last for sure going to ordered replacement. It’s already all scuffed upDecent material quality. But all the wrinkles on the protective layer makes it much harder to install, layer comes off easily. No problem at all I'm pleased with the product
