This is my usual brand of candy melts because the quality and flavor is consistent. Red is essential for accents and also as the focus for many holidays like Valentine’s Day, the 4th of July, Christmas, Flag Day, etc. Whether coating pretzels, filling candy molds or dipping cookies, strawberries or dried fruit they perform well.One caution, these arrived in mid-summer and during the journey the discs in each bag melted reforming into a hard to manage block. While they are still useable it is a chore and somewhat imprecise to break-off a portion. Order in cooler or cold months.
