The hair was soft. However two bundles of the 3 were nothing but clumps. You could used some of it outright but the rest of it was not full length. What should've been 16 inch was more like 14 inch with a lot of clumps. I got my hair project done (micro braidlocs) done though. They're just not as long as I'd hoped because of the inconsistent length.Fast delivery! Hair matches what my stylist preciously used for my locs. She was even impressed with the quality.Was very stiff, not sure how to soften yet, but I'm sure there is a way...The hair was better than I expected it's soft kinky and twisted very well and the color was on point I would buy this again.Hair was nice soft, it just wasn’t the color I expected.This hair worked beautifully for extending my locs from shoulder length to waist length. This hair was so much easier to work with because it is really long so I didn’t have to piece together enough hair to get the length I wanted like I had to with the Vivica Fox hair. I actually ended up removing the Vivica Fox locs extensions because they were always falling out during washing. I haven’t had that issue at all with this hair, even after an ACV soak. Not one loc extension has come out. The texture is softer than my natural hair but it’s coarse enough to hold a loc. It curls beautifully and holds the curl well.I see in reviews that people are questioning if it’s 100% human hair or if it’s mixed with synthetic. In my opinion it is 100% human. I did a burn test, and it burned like human hair instead of melting like synthetic. I think that bleaching the hair might be an issue because it’s already processed. You have to get 100% unprocessed virgin hair if you want it to lift well with bleach. With this hair it’s better to buy lighter shades and then dye it. Since my own hair has been bleached and dyed copper I purchased the auburn which is a bit darker than my hair, but i think I’m just going to redye my hair a darker shade to match the extensions.For reference I have 84 pencil sized locs and needed 4 bundles of hair so I did have to buy 2. Since it’s pricey I do wish they sold single bundles or a 4 pack option.I really liked this product it! I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews! But it came out great! I’m using it to start my locs. It’s soft after I dipped my ends. Had some color come off after washing but that’s fine it turned a more natural brown! Updates coming! It was in bulk pieces that are all different lengths but great for braiding.So far so good. I ordered on a Monday and received the bundles on a Thursday. It looks shorter than 12 inches but you have to stretch it out. Once I did that the length seems to be longer which is GREAT!!. Only a few short pieces but I was still able to use for my loc extensions. Hair is soft and the bundles were thick. I used 2 out of the 3 bundles because I have a mohawk. Only had to use a few strands from the 3rd bundle and I have 39 medium size locs. I believe I could get about 60 locs for all 3 bundles. Depends on how thick or thin you want them. Mine are almost mid back and the front a little past my shoulders. Remember I have a Mohawk. So if it were my whole head they would be longer than that.. Great choice for the money. Not a smell that I couldn't deal with. I washed the locs so they are fine. I will order again. Hope this helps.
