The first time I purchased this product, HKBK16L-V, 51 there was no problem. As a matter of fact it was my stylist who recommended it. However the second time I purchased it, I had to send it back. It had a very dirty look to it. The gray color looked beige. I'm wondering if it was a different seller.Purchased two packs of this hair to add length to my recently installed DIY microlocs. Packaging says “hair has already been processed.” I’m assuming they want customers to believe the processing is what converted this “100% human hair” into the little filler synthetic fibers that comprise the bulks of hair. Think barbershop floor hair...but make it synthetic. I wet the hair before use, which only made it easier to pull apart. The hair got softer but did not curl. The only plus is I only needed one bulk. I will be returning the unopened pack.I saw the negative reviews and decided to order it anyway because the offerings for gray, natural hair are few.I think this is bulk hair is fine if one knows how to use it. I personally do not. I had hoped to give my natural hair a chance to rest from styling if my hairdresser could weave it into my hair, press it, and handle it as if it were my own hair. She took one look at a picture of it and said kinky hair can not be pressed. Sigh. Now, I have to be happy the return policy is generous. I will gladly pay return shipping because there is nothing wrong with this product.Style 51 (gray and black) is 100% human hair (according to the outside of the package); not a human blend. I am not a weave expert (actually I know nothing about weaves), but this looks like a very good quality hair to me. This looks almost exactly like my hair except that my gray is whiter. This bulk hair has yellowing. It reminds me of the yellowing of gray hair after a rinse has been washed out. It is also neat and clean. It is well packaged. There are two bulks in the package. I opened one package and it looks like a huge amount of hair.I use this hair for installing locs and extensions. It says human hair on the package but it is not 100%. Be sue to not get this confused with a product that is 100% human hair!! it is human hair "LIKE" It works well and is pretty good for the money but do not expect to be able to treat it as you would actual human hair. I have had some that are great when dying and some that just wouldn't take. It depends on the batch if you will get lucky or not.It's great is you don't care about human or synthetic although it is a bit pricey for synthetic hair. I think they try to get you to think its human so they can charge human prices.I have had the hair installed but it is what my stylist asked for specifically. My only issue is I purchased 4 double packs of color #2 and I received 3 of the #2 color and 1pack of a #1 color.The hair I have used for the past 8 years has been discontinued, so I decided to try this Human Kinky and it was everything I hoped and more. It looks like my natural hair. It is very easy to work with and not slippery. It is not bulky and knots up, so it is easier to make it the same thickness as your dread when adding on to it. It is soft and feels like my real hair. Thank you, Vivica.I love how my hair turned out. It's stiff but my stylist informed me that the longer I wear it the softer it will become.This hair is a game changer it blends perfectly with my natural hair. Wao u can't even tell I needed more volume and I just got it . I can wash dry like my hair not bulky nice and kinky I just like it will be buying more. Now I need to try alittle bit long. I am so excited. Thnx am very satisfied
