Sephra Melts is a chocolate coating dipping candy and fondue. It works perfectly in our Sephra chocolate fountains as long as the fondue is kept under heat. Melts have the additional property of creating a hard shell as the fondue cools to room temperature. For example, if you were to dip a strawberry in Sephra Melts fondue and put the dipped strawberry on a plate, within 2-4 minutes the chocolate on the strawberry will harden to a shell at room temperature. When making chocolate-dipped strawberries, cookies, cake pops, or poured and molded candies, Sephra melts is the product of choice. The solid chocolate shell on your dipped items will form without refrigeration -- cookies stay crisp, cake pops stay moist. Sephra Melts comes in four delicious flavors – Milk, Dark, White and Salted Caramel. Sephra White Melts are a vanilla-flavored confection and can be colored with oil-based candy coloring to match the theme of your event.
